This PR adds support for loops formed via gotos (including jumps out of loops etc...). It relies on information from the Silver loop detector being added to the AST (developed on the ast-loops branch in the Silver repository).
The case when syntactic loops do not coincide with natural loops in the CFG has not been considered in detail. What the behaviour of such cases should be must be further investigated (for Viper programs in general).
